Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to virtually every country worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Red Light Therapy Panels/Masks/Mats, etc. : Shipped by air (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) – up to 20 business days from the date of purchase
- Red Light Therapy Beds: Shipped by sea freight due to size and weight – 30 to 50 business days from the date of purchase
These timeframes are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, local carrier issues, or events beyond our control. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Shipping Costs & Import Fees
All shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees are fully covered and included in the product price. You will never pay any additional fees when your order arrives (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP).
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order appears lost, please notify us no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.
Tracking
In most cases you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You may return eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Custom-made or made-to-order products
– Personal care items (e.g., masks, goggles, or anything that has touched skin or face)
– Used items or items not in original, resalable condition and packaging
– Perishable goods
Return Process
- Contact us at info@futureformofficial.com within 60 days of delivery to request a return.
- We will send you return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number.
- Include your proof of purchase and the RA number with your return shipment.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
– We will email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
– Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (the time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider).
– Original shipping costs are non-refundable worldwide, except where required by EU consumer law (standard shipping only; express shipping costs are never refunded).
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including original shipping costs) at our discretion.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
