Future Form’s red light therapy products are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Customers should consult a healthcare professional before using the products, especially if they have pre-existing conditions or are undergoing medical treatment. Future Form is not responsible for any adverse effects resulting from the use or misuse of its products.

12. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the website are subject to acceptance and availability.

Future Form reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or supply issues.

Prices are listed in USD/EUR (or another currency) and include applicable VAT or sales tax where required. However, this does not cover any country-imposed tariffs, import duties, or additional customs fees, which remain the buyer's responsibility.

13. Shipping and Delivery

Future Form ships worldwide but cannot guarantee delivery times due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Future Form is not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Prices include applicable VAT or sales tax where required. However, any import duties, tariffs, or customs fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.

14. Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return within 30 days from the delivery date, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.

Future Form reserves the right to deny returns or refunds for used, damaged, or altered products.

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited. Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrect.

15. Warranty and Repairs

What is Covered:

What is NOT Covered:

Changes in product performance due to external environmental factors (e.g., humidity, temperature, or storage conditions).

Any third-party repairs or modifications void this warranty.

The warranty applies only to the main product unit. Accessories such as power cords, adapters, and remote controls are not covered unless they arrive defective upon delivery.

Shipping costs for warranty claims are not covered unless otherwise agreed.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Form, its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of its website or products.
