Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance per our Terms and Conditions. If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Worldwide Shipping
We ship to virtually every country worldwide.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Red Light Therapy Panels/Masks/Mats, etc.: Shipped by air (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) – up to 20 business days from the date of purchase
- Red Light Therapy Beds: Shipped by sea freight due to size and weight – 30 to 50 business days from the date of purchase
These timeframes are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to customs clearance, holidays, local carrier issues, or events beyond our control (see Force Majeure in Terms and Conditions). We are not liable for delays, additional costs, or delivery changes caused by third parties, carriers, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
Shipping Costs & Import Fees
Prices include shipping costs and, where applicable, customs duties, import taxes, sales tax, and clearance fees based on conditions at the time of order (Delivered Duty Paid – DDP in many cases).
Under normal circumstances, no additional charges are due upon delivery.
However, Future Form™ is not responsible for additional costs arising from carrier-imposed surcharges or extraordinary external events beyond our control, including but not limited to war risk surcharges, route deviations, port disruptions, sanctions, or regulatory changes.
Any such additional costs shall be the responsibility of the customer and must be paid prior to delivery or continuation of shipment.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, take clear photos/videos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
If your order appears lost, please notify us no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.
We will assist with carrier/insurance claims (see Section 16.4 of Terms and Conditions for details on outcomes, which may include repair, parts replacement, partial compensation, or replacement at our discretion and subject to carrier/insurer decisions).

In most cases, you will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Order Cancellations
Order cancellations are subject to our Terms and Conditions (Section 14). Requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to approval. Fees may apply depending on production stage:
- Before production begins: up to 10% cancellation/processing fee
- After production begins but before shipment: up to 20% fee
- After shipment: up to 30% cancellation/restocking fee plus non-refundable shipping/customs/carrier costs.
Custom-made or made-to-order products have higher fees or may be non-refundable after production starts (up to 50% or full non-refundable in later stages). Payment processing fees are always non-refundable.
Return & Refund Policy
Return Window
You may request a return of eligible items within 60 days from the date of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original resalable condition, and in its original packaging (see Terms and Conditions Section 15 for full details).
EU Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Customers located in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of delivery without providing any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU.
To exercise this right, customers must notify Future Form™ in writing within 14 days of delivery using the withdrawal function on our website or by contacting us at info@futureformofficial.com.
Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Due to the size, weight, and freight complexity of our products, estimated return shipping costs vary significantly by product category:
— Red light therapy beds and infrared sauna pods: estimated €1,500–€3,000 depending on destination and carrier
— Large red light therapy panel systems (floor-standing, multi-panel, or systems exceeding 50kg): estimated €500–€1,500 depending on destination and size
— Mid-size and compact red light therapy panels: estimated €200–€500 depending on destination
— Small devices, masks, mats, wraps, and accessories: estimated €50–€200 depending on destination
These are estimates only. Actual costs depend on the customer's location, carrier rates, and packaging requirements at time of return. The customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping in full.
Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging. Future Form™ reserves the right to deduct from any refund an amount reflecting diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Custom-made or made-to-order products are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU and are not eligible for return under this clause.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of Future Form™ receiving the returned product and confirming its condition.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless defective upon arrival:
– Custom-made, personalized, or made-to-order products
– Personal care items (e.g., masks, goggles, or anything that has touched skin or face)
– Used items or items not in original, resalable condition and packaging
– Perishable goods
Return Process
Contact us at info@futureformofficial.com within 60 days of delivery to request a return. We will send return instructions and a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your proof of purchase and the RA number with your return shipment. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and risks, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival (in which case we may cover or arrange at our discretion). For EU customers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, estimated return shipping costs by product category are detailed in the EU Right of Withdrawal section above. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return:
– We will email you to confirm approval or rejection of the refund.
– Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days (the time it appears in your account depends on your bank or payment provider).
– Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable worldwide. For EU customers exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, standard outbound shipping costs are refundable; any express or premium shipping upgrade chosen by the customer is non-refundable. Return shipping costs remain the customer's responsibility in all cases. Payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos.
We will assess the issue (potentially in coordination with carriers/insurers) and, at our discretion, arrange:
– Free replacement (or parts replacement/guided repair, especially for beds per warranty terms)
– Full or partial refund (including original shipping costs in some cases)
See Section 16 of Terms and Conditions for detailed warranty coverage, repair-first policy for beds, non-covered items, and transit damage procedures. Outcomes for lost/damaged shipments depend on carrier/insurance assessments.
If your package arrives damaged, carefully inspect it in front of the delivery person and immediately write a clear note on their delivery receipt/paper (Proof of Delivery), such as: "Received with visible damage: box crushed and torn, contents appear broken – subject to inspection."
This note, ideally signed or initialed by the driver, serves as crucial evidence for any claim with the carrier or seller.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product or size, please return the original item for a refund (if eligible) and place a new order.
