Return Policy

Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Returns are not accepted beyond this period. Eligible items must be unused and in original packaging. Certain goods like perishable items, custom products, and personal care goods are non-returnable. Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, returns are limited.

Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us at info@futureformofficial.com for instructions and details. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Do not send items back to the manufacturer.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We advise using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will inform you of your refund's approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method, but processing times may vary.

Original Shipping Costs
For EU customers, original standard shipping costs are refunded when returning products, in line with EU consumer laws. This doesn’t apply to express shipping options. Customers outside the EU, including Norway, the UK, Australia, Canada, and South Korea, are not eligible for original shipping cost refunds.

Exchanges
