The Sonaris Recovery Pod is a lie-down recovery pod. The body lies inside the cabin while the head stays outside, so the user breathes room air throughout the session. It combines vibroacoustic therapy (whole-body vibration) with graphene far-infrared heating, surround audio, a built-in aroma diffuser and ambient lighting in one cabin. The user lies flat, and all functions run passively from preset or custom programs. Sessions last 15 to 60 minutes.

Unlike a conventional sauna, Sonaris runs at moderate temperatures (30–50°C). It is built for relaxation and recovery, not intense sweating.

Core Technologies

Vibroacoustic Whole-Body Vibration (3–50 Hz)

Sonaris uses vibroacoustic technology, meaning the vibration is generated by sound waves. An electromagnetic drive, working on the same principle as a loudspeaker, converts a low-frequency acoustic signal (3–50 Hz) into precise vertical movement of the platform beneath the body. In a speaker, a magnet and coil move the cone back and forth to produce sound; in Sonaris, the same kind of drive moves the platform. Much of this range sits at or below the lower limit of human hearing (around 20 Hz), so it is felt rather than heard: a smooth, rhythmic vibration through the whole body, similar to the deep bass you feel through the floor at a concert.

The result is whole-body vibration (WBV): vibration transmitted to the entire body at once while lying down, rather than to one area as with a handheld massager.

Because the platform is driven electromagnetically, with no motor, gears or cams, it runs quietly and gives precise control over frequency and intensity. Conventional vibration plates use a spinning motor with an offset weight or cam, which is noisier and offers less control.

Light only works on the skin it actually reaches, so any area covered by clothing receives little or no treatment. For full body sessions most people wear minimal clothing or underwear, and always the supplied eye protection. Wear whatever you are comfortable in, and simply expose the areas you want to treat.

Most full body sessions run between 10 and 20 minutes, three to five times a week. Higher irradiance systems reach the same dose in less time. Consistency matters more than session length: results build over weeks of regular use rather than in a single session.
